Housing Plot Location Maps (WIP)

I just decided to start putting together a map of the areas where players can buy a plot.

There are bound to be mistakes, and a heap of stuff missing, so please let me know asap.
Also, as you can see, i am missing the pricing for 95% of the areas, this would be helpful too.

All houses on the Isle of Elonia in Kojan are 10g each.

The plots on Keejay Cove (Qalia) are 2.5 gold each.
The plots directly south from Khal (Qalia) are 30 gold each.

The plots on Qalia that are just southeast of Fathesi Steppe are 10g.

Hi Thalantyr!

Nice to see someone else also working on some community maps.

On your Qalia map, the area you have labled as Abella Cove is actually part of Silius Flats. Abella Cove is the cove part of that general area.

Also you forgot to add Venik Ragnew to that general area. There are quite a few plots in that ruined city.

One other spot you forgot on Qalia are the plots south of Ahgram in the Ahgram chunk.

My son said he saw some plots south of Khal's plots, near Jharru Flats, but since I haven't gone to check yet I don't have them on my map.

These are all places I've been to, to make sure they actually exist (and to take pictures of course! )

Prices....hmmm....I'll have to go back through my pics to check on some of them (Sorry that my albums aren't ready yet, I'm still recovering from being sick for over a month), but I can remember some of the prices.

In Qalia: Keejay Cove, Baraba Coast, & Pachugy Coast are 2.5 gold. I can't remember the prices for Abella Cove, Silius Flats, Alyssa's Change, but my memory has Venik Ragnew as being a higher price than those three. Lomshir, Hathor Zhi, Pankor Zhi, & Fathesi Steppe (all part of the large Fathesi Steppi community) are 10 gold. Khal is 30 gold.

In Kojan: All four islands are 10 gold. (and all four are pretty!)

In Thestra: Crynn's Cove, Carroll Island, East Point, Eastwatch, & Hidden Cove are 2.5 gold. The Deebs & Silverlake (all part of The Deebs community) are 10 gold.

I'll try to get you the rest of the prices in the next few days.

Btw Unicornslady, your son is right, there is a spot in Jharru, it's around the skeletons area, between the mountains. I will need to go have a look though to figure out exactly where abouts it is again, but it's definately there :P

I just wasn't certain enough i knew where i should be marking these on the map.
If someone could please provide me a small image with an estimate as to where they are it would help heaps.

The Housing-Zone on Thestra called "The Deebs" is actually the island at the northern shore, just north of Silverlake. The Zone expandes a little on the mainland in the western part of the island, but on these pictures i'd say its not more than a few pixels... Price for a Plot is 10g, confirmed.

Aye, the (Thestra) Deebs housing plots cover most of those two islands in the chunk, under & just north of the spot of color you have now.

Thestra: Tree of Sorrow plots are 30g, not 10g - or at least they were when I was visiting there about a week ago (Thunderaxe server).

I walked past the Tree of Sorrow ones last night, positive they said 10g, but i could have just been tired. I have to go back there tonight, so i'll take another look.

I wonder if by some chance they are different on different servers.

I'll check Tharridon tonight, and if someone could check a PVE server it would be appreciated.

Sorry for the confusion on my map of Thestra.

The player community area of The Deebs are the two large islands with Silverlake just being a continuation at the southern tip of the southern island.

Northern & Southern Stonepine Ridge is a large player community area of widely scattered plots that covers both of those mountain ranges as well as part of that valley just south of the southern range.

According to my fuzzy memory, Dunthor is correct that regular plots in the Tree of Sorrow community is 30 gold. I figure they priced it such due to it being the closest player community to New Targonor as well as near some fairly high level areas.

Glad to be able to put my small bit of knowledge to good use!!

Yeah, the price for the 50g plots is odd. Well not so much the 50g part, it is following the scaling of prices (although it is the only place with 50g plots that I've found), but the lower weekly upkeep compared to the 30g plots is the odd part. I couldn't believe the pic I had was the last price, so I did pop in and check on Sunday before I wrote up the prices.


I don't know how you want to handle this. Several of the player communities are actually one big area covering sections of more than one chunk and that's why there's two or more chunk names.
To help explain it better I did some quick & dirty maps showing the approximate area of coverage each super community has. I used Ten Ton Hammer's maps because they have the chunk grid.

Qalia: http://picasaweb.google.com/Unicorns...72116125363826 From what my hubby pointed out to me on the Qalia map, that set of plots down near Jharru Flats is tucked into the point of the V of the mtns. If so, then it will be in both the Jharru Flats and the Karrus Hakrel chunks.

Ok! Went to where my hubby pointed out and sure enough, plots!

So if you go south from Jharru Flats' chunk border to the inner tip of the mtns V, there are plots scattered across that whole valley. I haven't found any outside the valley yet, but I haven't explored the whole chunk. (Oh, TTH's map has that area as part of two chunks, but while I was there today that whole lower valley registered as Jharru Flats.)

The plots are the same price as the ones in Khal and there wasn't any obvious guild plots (dirt outlines).

If I run across any other player communities, I'll let you know.
